Transaction and Subscription Fees
These tables show the transfer and nominee fees paid by the seller as part of a membership transaction, and the monthly subscription fees paid by a member.
Transfer fees are paid when a membership is sold whether individual or corporate.
Nominee fees are paid when the designated user (the nominee) of a corporate membership is changed. Additionally, nominee fees must be paid as part of a membership sale at most clubs.
GST is due on all fees paid to clubs and will be added to the total amount charged by the clubs to sellers. The current GST rate is 9%.
Singapore Island Country Club (SICC)
SICC corporate memberships include one nominee, with the nominee fee paid as part of the sale.
